Welcome to my blog!
Here I share real-world insights from both sides of my work: Functional Medicine and Nutrition that actually make sense in an East African context (or on a tight budget), and reflections from decades in community and planetary health - what’s working, what needs to change, and how we begin to bridge the gap between personal wellbeing and the health of the systems we depend on.
You will find honest questions, and conversations rooted in lived experience that emphasize our interconnectedness with the planet, with each other and with ourselves..
